管道超声波气体流量计的设计与实现

Design and Implement of Pipeline Ultra-audible Sound Gas Flow Meter

摘要:

为了提高煤矿瓦斯抽放管道气体流量的测量精度和测量下限,结合超声波流量计的优点和时差法检测原理设计了管道超声波气体流量计,采用40kHz的超声波换能器作为主体元件,设计了两级放大电路和方波脉冲产生电路,并利用TDC-GP22实现了高精度的时间测量。经实验分析表明,该流量计测量精度极高,具有低至0.05m/s的测量下限,且时间差和气体流速具有良好的线性关系。

Abstract:

In order to improve the measurement accuracy and lower limit of gas pipeline in coal mine, integrating the advantage of ultra-audible sound flow meter and time difference method detect theory, a pipeline ultra-audible sound gas flow meter was designed which used 40kHz ultra-audible sound of energy conversion as the main component, the two-level amplifier circuit and square pulse generator were designed using the TDC-GP22 for high precision timing measurement. The experiment analysis shows that the flow meter has a very high accuracy with the measure lower limit up to 0.05m/s, and the time difference has a very good linearity relationship with the gas flow speed.
